This series marks a return to my analog roots. In January, 2010, I acquired a Great Wall DF2, from mainland China. This 1970's era medium format, single lens reflex camera has a low quality build and has a great way of swirling the out of focus zone where the depth of field falls off. All were shot with the lens wide open at f 3.5. My favorite fiber paper from that era was Agfa 118. There are new papers coming out of Eastern Europe that recreate that look pretty faithfully. All images were take in my yard, Redding, CT, March 2010
